Your special occasion is important to us and we aim to get it right first time. In order to get it right for you, we offer the following services:
- Consultation - Initial fact-finding interview
- Presentation of draft items
- Creation of pieces - meeting deadlines required

- Scheduling delivery
From the time you place the order to the time you take delivery, we look after all the in-between steps.
1. Consultation
We are more than willing to discuss your specific needs for your occasion or function. It does take some creative input to get the ideas right for the occasion and you certainly don't want to get it wrong.
2. Presentation
Once we have consulted and the ideas have crystallized, we can put together the draft concepts so that you get to see it before production occurs. Once you have 'signed off'' on the colours and concept, we get to work making the works of art.
3. Creation of the Works of Art
We then take these concepts to production (the chocolate factory) and discuss the means to produce the items within the stipulated deadlines and then it is into production.
This is where all the fun begins, these are all hand-crafted items.
4. Packaging
We then get the presentation and packaging materials ready and when all the items are made and have been quality checked, they are individually 'packaged'.
5. Delivery
With deadlines in mind, and yes, these are carefully monitored so your special day or moment is not missed, we prepare for delivery. This means local, national or even international, transport is then arranged with all the appropriate steps to ensure that the chocolate creations arrive exactly as intended.
